We know the struggle, truly. If you are weary of those second-rate, dry-as-dust cakes, you aren't alone. We got really tired of that and decided to start a boutique bakery. We’re dedicated to crafting moist, undeniably delicious cupcakes, freshly made on-demand.
The best part about this is you’re just eating amazing cupcakes, if you didn’t know better, you’d never guess they were gluten‑free.
Everything we create is strictly made-to-order. We generally ask for about three business days' notice. For instance, if a late-night craving strikes at 3am on Saturday, your treats would typically be ready for you by Wednesday evening.
Once confirmed we’ll tell you when you can swing by our Bywater kitchen for pick up.

Every treat we bake is clearly labeled with potential allergens and while baking our kitchen is kept strictly gluten- and wheat-free. While we source the finest ingredients available we are at the mercy of the modern supply chain. For instance, if flours are processed where the machinery also processes nuts, we'll clearly label that. If you have a specific allergen concern, please reach out reach out before placing your order.
$35 per dozen. Add an optional luxurious filling for an additional $5 per dozen.

Lush, rich, indulgent. Exceptional with peanut butter frosting, vanilla butter cream or chocolate ganache.
There’s a party inside here! It’s awesome yellow cake but speckled with rainbows on the inside. Pairs well with every frosting and filling.
If you dig on the lime you’ll love this one. Tweak it however you like but goes really well with key lime frosting and the same with the optional filling.
Mmmm, tastes like being a kid again. We love this with almond frosting, vanilla cream or lemon cream cheese. They're also perfection with no frosting at all.
This has hints of the holidays but is good anytime of the year. It's reminiscent of carrot cake so goes great with vanilla butter cream frosting, vanilla cream cheese or pineapple butter cream.

When a late-in-life wheat allergy forced me to adjust the way I eat it also made me realize how many other people are left without easy access to truly delicious treats. So much of what I had access to was sometimes OK but sometimes pretty sad.
I remember baking a gluten-free Mardi Gras King Cake for a neighbor with full blown Celiac. He told me, with a huge smile on his face, he’d never tasted King Cake before. I was nearly moved to tears! It really made me want to bake for people like us.
After years of receiving rave reviews at parties, not only from friends, I decided to share these creations with the world. I work a little kitchen magic from home, infusing every batch with love and happiness, and it's a joy to share it. I thank the Goddess for my husband, who handles the marketing and technology, so I can work my kitchen magic.
